We are a rapidly growing real estate company in the Volusia County area near Daytona Beach looking for a self-starter who takes initiative and is a fast learner.

Our busy properties need a professional who is highly energetic, lots of fun, can handle high intensity workload, very organized, and can juggle a wide variety of tasks, from ensuring your property operates optimally, facilitating marketing efforts, to driving leasing as a top priority just to name a few.

To be successful in this role, you need to have sales experience and an outgoing personality since you will be wearing many hats, from leasing to marketing. As well as great verbal and written communication skills are required since you will be communicating with current and potential residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare residential leases for all prospective tenants and monthly rent roll with the help of Legal Counsel for management review.
  • Coordinate tenant move ins and move out
  • Administrative duties such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers all the time.
  • Photo and videotape walkthroughs of properties upon a tenant’s departure
  • Responsible for ensuring tenant information within database is current and up to date
  • Ensure that utility and lawn maintenance bills, and other similar charges incurred by tenants are processed and paid by tenants in a timely manner
  • Participates in performance oversight of all service contractors who perform contract services
  • Oversee the maintenance crews in the absence of the Company Owner – Includes all coordination functions, or as directed by the Company Owner
  • Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of work requested by tenants via Service Requests.
  • Ensuring that prospective tenants submit the proper documentation
  • Ensure invoices are processed with appropriate back-up and according to established procedures
  • Ensure Certificates of Renter’s Insurance for tenants and vendors are up to date
  • Negotiate fees with contractors and subcontractors
  • Virtual tours online only showing properties to prospective tenants.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience or 1 year as a Property Manager
  • Previous experience in administrative duties or clerical tasks
  • Excellent leader with upbeat energy and a positive can-do attitude
  • Not afraid to lead by example following company directive
  • Great English (Verbal/Written) and great Interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates a high level of initiative and integrity
  • Committed to delivering five-star customer service
  • Creative thinker, marketer and exudes strong salesmanship
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Very organized, detailed oriented and extremely reliable

Schedule: Wed-Sun from 9am-3pm EST, 1 hour paid lunch. 

*Some days the client might ask the candidate to work a couple of hours more

Salary: $6 per hour
