We are looking for highly motivated, well-spoken candidates with tremendous phone skills and the ability to close deals with ease. You will be working a majority of your time on the computer and phone making cold calls, taking inbound real estate sales calls and making outbound lead calls. We need someone who is able to convert calls and leads into qualified appointments and closed deals for our agents. You will need to be exceptional at overcoming obstacles and changing a “No” into a “Yes!’.

Main Requirements:

  • Great English and Interpersonal skills
  • At least 1 year of experience as a cold caller for real estate
  • Great negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of using FreedomSoft is a plus

Main Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Work with Excel and CRM to maintain all gathered information from prospect/lead
  • Tour new acquisition opportunities and competitive properties in various neighborhoods
  • Conduct cold calls
  • List specific analysis to assist in investment, capital and sale decision making
  • Lead due diligence and transaction execution
  • Conduct extensive property research and market analysis
  • Canvass potential customers and maintain client relations on CRM
  • Set up meetings with clients and bring deals to completion
  • Compose estimates for clients
  • Update office system whenever necessary
